Headaches
|
HEADACHES or other body pains are
usually nature's distress or alarm
signals. To mask a symptom with a
drug or to seek out to eliminate
symptoms (alarms) with little or no
regard to their causes is
irrational.
THE next time you
have a headache, run your fingers
down the back of your skull toward
your neck. As your fingers drop
just below your skull you will
notice a shallow depression on
either side. This is called the
suboccipital area.
NERVE ROOT
irritation at the suboccipital
level may affect the cervical
cutaneous nerves, which extend up
and forward to the eyes. These are
key areas that become painful
and subluxated when headaches occur and need to be adjusted.
